Hello
Does anyone know if you can add a calculated field to a window?  I know how to add a field from a table, but not a calculated field.

depending on what that calculation is, you might need to use VBA.
if it is just a simple calculation – say unit price * quantity type thing you may be able to do taht in the field properties 
usually  these requests are more complicated…

it is a simple calculation.  Billed_Amt/ExpectedContract.   
I guess I will take another look at the documentation.  I only remember seeing how to add a field form a table.

Hi,
You can certainly enter a custom field, but you will need to do the calculation using VBA. You can also use GP Power Tools from Winthrop Developers Winthrop Development Consultants – Products – GP Power Tools
A lot depends on what you want to do with the calculated balance. If you just want to display on the window rather than actually saving the balance in a table.
