?We recently noticed that our Payables Cash Entry window layout has changed (see attached).Ā It now requires the users to select Actions from the toolbar and then OK.Ā Previously this window just had an OK button.Ā We are on the latest Windows 10 SP, and we recently upgraded Mekorma.Ā I don’t think this window is related to Mekorma, so it is possible a Windows update would cause the layout of this window to change?Ā Users are not liking the multiple clicks to exit the window.

?Did you recently upgrade to a new version of GP? The Action buttons you are seeing are driven by a setting on the User Preferences page in some of the later versions of GP. If you wish to go back to the old Menu Bar, simply select that instead. The next time you log off and then on again your tool bar will change back to what you used to see.
Barbara is right, the display was updated in newer versions of GP to allow one of three options. Ā The Action Pane is what you are seeing, the Action Pane Strip is somewhere between what it used to be (Menu Bar) and the Action Pane, and the Menu Bar is the old display. Ā Each user will need to update this and it can be user specific. Ā Like Barbara said, once changed the user will need to log out and back in for the change to take effect.
