4 UP W2 GP 2016

We are wanting to use the 4 per one page W-2’s this year.  Has anyone wever used these form with GP and if so how did it work for you and where did you get the corret pre printed forms that worked?

We use the 4up forms.  They work great.  We purchased ours from Safeguard.  You have to select the form and then you may need to change your printer priorities to legal size paper.  I also have to adjust the vertical and horizontal alignment which is found under the preprinted forms tab on the print screen.  I found I have to set my paper size first and then the alignment and then print.

Yes, we use these forms every year.  We get them through Greenshades Software, they are not preprinted though, just perforated and then all the info gets printed on the blank forms.

Hi Michelle,
You can get the 4-UP format (also known as 4-Square format) from any supplier that carries them.  I’ve seen a couple version of these.  I have attached an example of the forms that fit the GP report the best

Thank you for all of your responses!  I ended up ordering the forms from Deluxe for Microsoft Dynamics.  I got them in yesterday and ran an alignment and they all match up!  YAY!  Thanks again for the responses!
