14 weeks in a Payroll Qtr

In the 3rd quarter of 2020 we have14 pay weeks (pay on a Wednesday, 14 Wednesday’s July – Aug – Sept).  This has happened in the past.
This is the first quarter we are using Greenshades to file our payroll taxes.
When we ran the state quarterly reports  , the amounts are only reflecting 13 weeks of pay, short one week.
We are being told that Greenshades will only report 13 weeks per quarter.
Has anyone ever encountered this before?
