We have a workflow set up in Procurement and sourcing for requesting and approving new vendors.

Right now this workflow has conditional decisions that represent vendor requests created by x users, vendor review tasks assigned to x users, and an approval element.Ā  So it looks at a request and if it was requested by x users it moves to the vendor review task assigned to x users.Ā  Otherwise the system evaluates the request to see if it meets the next condition, etc.

I am in the process of changing the assignment of the Review task to user groups instead of individual users, so that when employees leave the company, we can simply remove them from the user group and add the new employee to that group, instead of going into the workflow to try to find the user in each workflow element and make the change.

I would like to do the same for the conditional decision elements.Ā  However, I don’t see the option to find vendor requests created by anyone in x user group, just the actual user ID.

Any ideas on how I could work around our current setup to accomplish this – if a vendor request was created by any user in the x user group, it moves to x review task?
