Question on doing registrations on the WHS Mobile App. I have items that are setup with batch tracking. If I go into back office, create a PO with a batch item on it for a quantity of 100. When I go in an register this prior to receiving, I can put that batch info in there and it will generate one single batch number regardless of the quantity I’m receiving.
Now, for the issue. If I do the same thing of creating a PO with a batch item for quantity of 100, and this time I go into the WMS mobile app to do the registration for a quantity of 100, once I confirm this, it generates a batch number for every quantity I’m receiving. In other words, it will create 100 batch numbers. This is wrong and I need it to only create one batch for all 100 items that I’m receiving.
Is there a configuration to support this or is this just a fundamental flaw in the Mobile App?
