Which SQL table contains the customer pool(s) a customer belongs to?Ā  I want to produce a report that shows all of the customer pools a customer belongs to in selected legal entities (DataAreaID).

      Hi,

If you are referring to customer pools at the path Credit and collections > setup > Customer pools then customer pool information can be obtained from the tableĀ CustCollectionsPool, but if you want to get the information concerned to a customer you need to join tablesĀ CustTable, DirPartyTable, CustAging, CustAgingLine to get the required information as the selection criteria is stored in field querypacked of tableĀ CustCollectionsPool.

So I know how to query the information about the customer pools themselves, and the information on the collections agents assigned to the pools.

What I want to see is every customer pool that a customer is assigned to, by DataAreaId.

I don’t see a link between the aging tables and the CustCollectionsPool table.Ā  I am guessing it is stored inĀ CustCollectionsPool.QueryPacked.Ā  How in the world do you decipher what is stored in that column?

I was hoping there was another way to get to which customers are in which customer collections pool via SQL, so I can turn that into a report for our end users.
