    Hello,

How can I validate so that an operation is not started after the predecessor in Production floor execution in Dynamics F&O, for example I have operations 10,20,30 in the route, and I try to start job for operation 20 without having executed operation 10 and the system generates a message of error, is this possible to configured and how.

    Thank you

In production order default set up, there is a function called quantity validation. When properly configured, it allows a user to start an operation as long as an output quantity was produced from a previous operation. If no quantity was produced out of operation 10, operation 20 would not be allowed, to be started. I’m not in front of my laptop or I would point you to the section. Look into Production Quantity Validation.
