We have both the employee self service and the customer self service portals up and more or less functioning in our enterprise portal. Where does one configure the location of those respective features? Is itĀ  done from within Ax or SharePoint or a combination?
I hope the question makes sense. Or another way of looking at it – in our production environment it works, but in our R3 test environment only the employee self service portal is working.

Can you provide details on working vs non-working?  With CSS are you referring to Customer Self Service portal itself or Cascading Stylesheets to change the look and feel of the site?  It has been a while since I have set up the two self-service portals, but I’ve spent quite a bit of time developing numerous EP sites over the years.  With some additional details, it shouldn’t be too difficult to figure out the issues.

By CSS, I amĀ  referring to Customer Self Service. It is used by our service parts customers to perform price and availability look ups and to generate a purchase request that is processed by our service parts department. I am not enamored with this approach, but it serves the purpose, We are in the early stages of looking for another way handling these functions.
As to examples, not sure what you mean. For instance the url for the functioning CSS environment for a customer would be servername.domain/CSS/Enterprise%20Portal/CFBS_EP_ItemlistPage.aspx. In my test or dev environment the same customer login generates servername/sites/dynamicsax/employeeservices/enterprise%2520portal/default.aspx
