The “Employee” role which is not granted to all of employees, however when I am puling users security role report Employee role shows with every AX active and disabled users

Hi Najeem,

You should be able to insert a criteria in the report to only include enabled users. All granted roles remains on users, even if they are disabled. Alternative you have to remove roles from disabled users.

Which user role report did you run to show that the users are assigned the Employee role?

Do the assignments show up in the SecurityUserRole table? This is the table where all user role assignments are stored.
