created job and process the job up to report as finished yesterday, it worked. today, created the same job and process, but there is this infolog piped up, does any one know why and how to fix??? picking list and route card journal posted, but calculation production, “Quantity 1.00 cannot be updated with inventory reference Prod. reported as finished journal because inventory transactions with status Ordered, Arrived or Registered are insufficient.”, it will not finish the job.

Hi
1. Is the RAF qty posted more than the Production order quantity 2. Check if sufficient raw materials are available to post the RAF journal 3. Does it include Sub-BOM? check if the production order of the Sub -BOM is RAF posted 4. Check out the Inventory transactions of the Item, could be due the wrong inventory status updated in the Item

only created for one, when I try to post report as finished, the infolog popped up and cancel the post. all the sub bom is set as phantom. inventory issued correctly., we did change rev. to a new rev., the strange thing is, we can process the same part number and rev., the day before., how do I check the wrong inventory status???
