Hi everyone, 

We currently run AX 2012 R3 and barely use the HR module (we add workers and use time registration, but nothing beyond that).  Our HR system is outside of AX, as is our payroll (two different systems). 

We’re looking at the possibility of bringing everything under AX – does anyone have experience with ISVs that they can recommend?  We’d be looking to do benefits, PTO accrual and requests/approval, performance management, etc.

I’d take a look at both Elevate and FourVision – each offers additional features in the subject areas you’re looking at. Elevate are US based and can also offer support in getting payroll up and running on AX, if that’s of interest. I’ve worked directly with FourVision in the past on international projects and found them to be a very friendly and helpful bunch.

Their products have different strengths, so it’s definitely worth spending a bit of time to see which offers the best match for your strategic aspirations.
