    Receiving Less Than Shipped Quantity on Transfer Orders

    I don’t have Advance Warehouse turned on and I am having the following issues

    Scenario 1: I Shipped 10, Received 8 and then I tried to cancel the Deliver Remainder on the Transfer Order but I can’t do that because the button in inactive.

    Scenario 2: I Shipped 10, Received 8, Scrapped 2 from 10 but the Transfer Order didn’t acquire the status received. I want to complete the full cycle on the transfer order

    Can someone help me here please?

    Hello Rajendra, This is out of the box scenario, you can use transfer order (Inventory management–>outbound orders –>transfer Orders) to achieve this.
