      I am looking for the ability to stop an agreement release from allowing a user to enter the purchase order amount greater than the amount of the agreement.

      Hi Deb,

      On the Purchase agreement Line details, General tab, there is a toggle for “Max is enforced.”Ā  This prevents a user from releasing an order from the agreement that goes above the maximum amount (or quantity) specified on that order line.Ā  So, for instance, if you specify that you will purchase 1000 of x at price y, and 900 of those have already been released/fulfilled, then if the user tries to release an order of 200, the user would be unable to.Ā  Is that the functionality that you are looking for?
