Hi Nazim, Do you have any Procurement policies created? For purchase requisitions, it’s possible to create a Procurement policy with a rule against it that automatically splits orders if lines have different requesters, line types, or procurement categories.
For example, after I create a rule, I can assign a policy rule type to apply to it: once the policy rule type is added, it can be configured for order splitting:
These can be setup in Procurement and Sourcing > Setup > Policies > Purchasing policies (may still be called Procurement policies in AX2012, I’d have to check).Ā

Hi,
I’m facing the same issue. I have checked and confirmed that there are no split rules set up. The PR in question is from the same requestor and procurement catgeory – 8 lines on the PR has created 3 separate PO’s.
