We are having random situations occur when a user creates a new PO. This is happening so random that we have not been able to replicate the issue. When NEW is selected on All PO’s, vendor and location entered, when the PO form page comes up to enter line items, a few different results randomly happen.
1) A different vendor show up then what was selected on the PO Create Prompt
2) A totally different PO comes up in the form page with it’s items.
It seems like it may auto magically correct itself when CONFIRM is done as we confirmed that prior PO’s don’t seem to have an issue with what randomly is happening with the NEW PO.
Has anyone else noticed this random anomaly happening on their PO entry and if so, have you been able to consistently recreate to resolve?
