?Hey Paul-

In 2012, whenever you have a posting form (pack slip, pick list, product receipt, invoice) the exclamation point is a warning that something is wrong, usually the issue is related to the quantity parameter. For example, in the screen shots below, when I set my quantity to “Deliver Now” because none of my Sales order lines have a deliver now quantity on them. I can’t tell from your screenshot, but I’m going to assume this is similar in D365. Hope this helps!
