When trying to change the status of an opportunity to ‘Win’, the following message is returned:

          “The exit criteria has not been met. You cannot move to the stage selected.”

There is a ‘Sales Process’ attached to this opportunity.  There are two steps.  The first was completed when by changing its stage.  The status of the last step is ‘Started’ and has an exit criteria that is:

          “where opportunities.status is not value Active”

We are very new at opportunities.  It is difficult to find information on this ‘Sales Process’ (searches turn up overviews of the entire sales process).

What do we need to do?  Also, where can we learn ‘how to’ in this regard?
