Has anyone else ever dealt with an issue like this? Pick work was canceled on an order, but somehow the final line did not cancel and remains open. Now the inventory is stuck in that location. I don’t know how it happened or how to resolve. Thoughts?

Hi Amy, Did you try using the Warehouse management, Periodic Task , Cancel Work? You can add the work ID and see if the system recognizes that line of open work.

Agree that should work! If you don’t see the option have a sys admin search for it the features. It is likely on by default by now though.
