I’m looking to give a user access to the Accounts Receivable module, which should be pretty simple. I added the necessary security roles, but now the user is only granted access to the module under certain companies (all but the one that she has to work under, unfortunately). I’ve looked under the Assign Organizations menu for the roles and all of them are marked as “Grant access to all organizations.”

Is there something obvious that I’m missing here? Thanks for any help!

Do other users in that role have the same issue? I would check to make sure the user with the issue does not belong to any external roles, they have a tendency to block a bunch of things. Also, if the user belongs to a role that contains a deny rule that will override the permission. Did you try removing them from all but the role with the issue?

My guess is either like suggested. there is another role assigned like a retail manager role or external or a role that has the deny for the organization. there is not much else to look at for this issue
