Users are not seeing cases that are assigned to them in ‘Cases Assigned To Me’.  We have been instead using ‘All Cases’ and filtering.

What is the trigger that causes a case to show up in ‘Cases Assigned To Me’?  Also – how does ‘Cases Assigned To Me’ differ from ‘My Cases’?

Hi Mark, 

Its not something I’m that familiar with but: 

If you were to go to My Cases ( or any form) you can press Ctrl + F3 it will open advanced filter and show what the query for the form is which is – ((OwnerWorker == currentWorker()) && (OwnerWorker != 0))

Are all the users System Administration Workers linked to their HR workers in under Releations?

I can see some security privileges with cases and view my queues, is it possible to give them sys admin temporarily to see if they can see cases then? then remove it to rule it out. 

I can see some setup under Organisation Administration > Setup > Cases > Case Categories > *select the case category* > Select Responsibilities – It looks like you can link workers here with responsibilities.
