We have a quality group that needs deleted.Ā There are over a thousand items linked to it via Item Quality Groups.Ā It appears we can only delete one record at a time from the Item Quality Groups.Ā Is there a more efficient way to delete this many items?

If you have SysAdmin rights you can mass delete them from the table in the AOT, or use the Excel Add-In to delete from table InventTestItemQualityGroup.Ā Ā I’d suggest you do this in a sandbox first and make sure someone who has done something like this before is the one doing it, but I’ve used the Add-In many times with the quality tables with no issues.Ā
Would it be easier to just leave that item quality group as is, create a new Item Quality group with the items you want to remain, and then go update your quality associations to call out the new item quality group?Ā There’s no harm in having an Item quality group that has no actual quality associations.
