?In AX 2012 is there functionality to:

Mass close Purchase Orders that still carry a Delivery Remainder? (currently it appears the DR must updated for each line individually..)

We have to create Batch Job, by which we can close the purchase order by delivery reminder making 0, person has to select the purchase order. This is a small functionality.

Since the system is designed to prevent accidental mass closure of PO’s that still have an receipt/invoice quantity, the front-end functionality to perform this is limited, particularly, if you have workflow in place and change management activated within the Procurement and Sourcing parameters. One option for performing a mass closure would be to have a job created with specific parameters that would encompass the PO’s you wish to close, such as “remaining PO amount < $5.00” or “created date <1/1/16” or something like that. The other option as someone else mentioned, is to have a batch job created that would periodically close PO’s older than a certain date, if that is a parameter that is valid.

If you try to Cancel a PO which has been part received or invoiced, AX asks if you would like to cancel the open quantity. This way, you can avoid having to do it at the line level.

However, I cannot see a way to Cancel multiple POs simultaneously.

?Hi Josh. 

I have not found a way to mass close out Deliver Remainder quantities on POs. I did request a customization to have the Cancel DR function added to the Open Purchase Order Lines table. I think this would save time because you can filter by multiple criteria, which you cannot do in the normal Purchase Order screen.
Just a thought…
