Management Reporter CU16 just got its first hot fix today, 4/10/17; and it looks to be very specific. PartnerSource and CustomerSource state that CU6, Hot Fix 3815274 is “optional and can be loaded to revert a CU16 change with reporting tree rollups. The hot fix will allow children nodes to be rolled up to a parent that contains a Dimension filter”.

If your reporting trees were never built with dimension references included on parent-level or summary-level reporting units, you can continue using CU16 without the hot fix.
