Hi,

We are working through reconciling our Accrued Receipts and we have three PO’s that look to have “extra” entries posted for them due to the Journalize finalized product receipts batch job.  I have two instances where the PO was fully received and two or more invoices were posted against the PO.  The accrual looks to be drawn down properly by the first of these invoices, but for the final invoice for the PO we have the invoice completing the matching to zero out the accrual and then this batch job running later that night drawing down the exact same amount.  Basically, this what is happening to our accrued receipts:

8/8/16 – PO is fully received:

     CR Accrued Receipts 1215

8/10/16 – PO is partially invoiced:

     DR Accrued Receipts 405

8/31/16 – Accrued balance = <810>

9/9/16 – final invoice received:

     DR Accrued Receipts 810

Then when the batch process ran later that same day

     DR Accrued Receipts 810

9/30/16 – Accrued balance = 810

Has anyone else had an issue like this?  Let me know what other information would be helpful.  We went live May 2016 and all of these POs were created with AX, so these aren’t migrated data issues.  We are on AX2012R3.
