      Experiencing a journal offset account problem.  When Offset account 75000-10-800 is entered it automatically defaults to 75000-10-806 and can’t figure out why this is happening.

      Hi John,

      It looks like, In GL Journal Name form  –> check the Fixed Offset Account option is enabled and offset account setup configured for the journal.

      Hi John,

      Check your main account setup, it sounds like you have a default dimension setup.  These defaults on the main account can be fixed or just defaulted which can be edited.
