At times when I review the item coverage, the time fence, negative, and positive days, multiples, and/or MOQs have been adjusted to something that doesn’t make sense based on our coverage groups or known item setups. I am not sure if anyone can resolve without a live example. But I wanted to know if anyone else has had similar issues or if this sounds mostly like people changing things by mistake.
Hi Seth, do you have any live examples or more information? There shouldn’t be anything standard that is changing them, so does sound like users adjusting them. Typically, most would suggest you don’t give end users access to the setup section of the modules except for key SMEs responsible for the configuration to avoid potential issues with users changing settings.
