Is it possible to use Cycle Count process in F&O without the use of mobile
I wanted to know if anyone were familiar with a process in Dynamics that enables cycle counting without the use of the mobile devices. Ideally, I would like to utilize the manual work generation to create the cycle count plan and execute the work as though 0 were counted for all items. We would then Us the Cycle count validation to update/enter the actual count quantities (from paper). Before asking why we wouldn’t use the mobile, our logistics manager is not comfortable with the technology yet so is demanding to use a paper process.

Yes D365FO users can enable cycle counting without the use of mobile devices to streamline the entire process. if you have any other question on step by steps feel free to reach out. I have many that don’t use the moible device
