Generally, we know queries can be presented via a cue.Ā A way for someone to get a quick view of data.
Does anyone use this quick view as a trigger for a hand off or approval of a business process?
If so, I’d love to know the details surrounding it.

?Yes, Lori, we do.Ā When purchase orders arrive, they are reviewed by the sales representative who originally quoted the sale to ensure the correct pricing and other details are being used.Ā Once that editing process is complete, they mark the quote as ready using a custom Boolean we added.Ā Ā At that point, the Sales Order Entry staff member takes over.Ā She has a cue that she monitors for quotes in the ready state.Ā We also use cues to show orders due to ship today,Ā and several other states that exist within AX
