We are struggling with ‘work list’ on people’s role center.  How and what shows in a person’s work list?  Researching typically references workflows as impacting this, but what else?  We are not using work flows at this time.  People do see some things in their work lists, but not everything that they are ‘Responsible’ for seems to appear.  Researching from this perspective has been a challenge to say the least.

At this time we are only live using Cases and Activities.  Seems we need to understand what triggers something to show in a person’s worklist.

Look for a dataset in the AOT called UnifiedWorkListTmp. This has methods that select what & how records are displayed.
