We are running Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU9 using ePOS in our retail stores.

Our loss prevention department is starting to want to dig in to behaviors in the stores and other exception type reporting. Does AX offer any of this out of the box or are there ISV’s that specialize in this type of thing?

I would recommend that you talk to LS Retail.  They have a loss prevention add on for ax.

      Jon,

There is some stuff you can do out of the box after data is pushed to Excel, but it would take some effort internally to establish.

We’re currently writing something for another customer around loss prevention however.

Shoot me a note and we can chat about what you are looking for.
