Hi Nazim,

It looks like you may have attempted to make a change to the PO and have Procurement change management (i.e. workflows) parameter turned on.

This is located in Procurement and Sourcing parameters.

If you want to make the change on the PO, you will need to click on the Request Change button. This will take the PO out of Confirmed status and back to Draft.

Once complete, you will need to resubmit the PO through Workflow.
