Anyone have any advise to trouble shoot and fix  this issue

When requester is submitting the PR they are coming across with following error message

Dynamics Object Adapter call failed 

and unable to submit PR

please assist

its interesting that this error occured at portal level

However at client level it was much clear as the fiscal period module and specially Purchasing status was none, while changing the status to all its allowed to submit the PR without any error
Problem resolved
