    I’m currently using Dynamics 365 Field Service for managing work orders, scheduling technicians, and maintaining customer assets. While the platform offers great operational support, I want to explore advanced AI, predictive analytics, and IoT (Internet of Things) integrations to further optimize service efficiency.
