Hi UG,

We are migrating from AX2012 to D365 F&O.  While attempting to print Kanban cards from Production Control>Periodic Tasks> Kanban Job Batch Processing> Print Kanban Cards  we receive an error “unable to find printer and path.” I cannot find where the configuration for this printer is located in either D365 or AX2012.  Perhaps you are aware?  

When an individual prints one card at a time, they can manually set the printer to the new cloud version, but batch processing is a mystery.  I’m hoping your collective knowledge can help us out!
