DDMRP Transfer Decoupled Lead Time

Is there a way to have an item coverage record that’s set to planned transfer calculate the decoupled lead time? i.e. we have a planned transfer to site 192 from site 111 and the coverage at site 111 (main warehouse) is planned purchase. The desired result is the decoupled lead time using the decoupled coverage group gives me the sum of the transfer + purchase lead times.
