What’s the best way to get a Days Sales Outstanding reporting out of D365? I am looking for it at the company level but also at the customer level.

I looked under credit and collections and there does not seem to be a canned report for this… I assume we could build this in Financial Reporter but would like to know what others have done… maybe there is an easy way.

Hi Travis,

In 10.0.9, new Credit management functionality as released. You may need to enable it in Feature management if you haven’t already. 

In Credit and collection parameters, you can set your DSO parameters.

At the Customer level, you can see the DSO information in the Related information Fact box on the right side of the screen.

I do not have any data here because this is a demo environment.

Hi Kelly, 

We are about to go live with the new credit module in 364 in October and in our test database we have set up the DSO info as follows but we are getting negative numbers on all of our customer statistics, is there something we are supposed to run prior to going live? 

I hope you can see this and then on the statistics its showing for example
