      ?I am having an issue in Excel with D365 and the MS Dynamics office add-in.Ā  When selecting ‘log in’, the system brings up the Microsoft Dynamics Login, but it’s blank.Ā  My co-workers can log in with no issues.Ā  I am on the latest version of Excel 2016.Ā  Does anybody have any ideas?

      ?We have a similar issue – it stopped working for a user after 4 months of connecting successfully using the connector. Other users are able to connect, and this user is also able to connect on other computers. Tried various solutions and checked settings etc, and couldn’t find anything to resolve the issue.
      One of the suggestions was a fresh install of Excel and we are in the process of doing that now.

      Has this worked for you in the past? or is this the first time you are trying to connect?

      The add-in for D365 works fine for all my co-workers.Ā  It just seems to be my computer.Ā  I have the latest version of Office 365 ProPlus and the latest version of Excel 2016.Ā  The URL’s are added as trusted sites in IE.Ā  We’ve tried it all.Ā  I have a case submitted to MS.Ā  Hopefully they can figure it out.Ā  I was hoping someone else had the same issue and a resolution :).

      ?I had opened case with MS and it’s open for last 6 weeks. It was time to upgrade the PC for the user and we ended up with a new PC for the user. You can try the complete install of the office to see if that helps!

      Thank you for the information.Ā  My computer is only 6 months old.Ā  Also, I just installed the lastest version of Office 365 Pro.Ā  I hope I don’t have to wait 6 weeks for an answer :).

      ?Check your virus detection.Ā  We had a user with this issue and itĀ was resolved by upgrading the Kasperski client on the workstation.

      Also, make sure your D365 site is in your trusted sites under Internet Options.
