    Hi everyone,

I’ve been going through multiple Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and noticed a pattern. Most failures are not because of the product, but because of how projects are executed.

    From your experience:

What are the most common reasons D365 F&O implementations fail?

Is it over-customization, poor data migration, or lack of business alignment?

How do you balance standard features vs custom development in real projects?

Any lessons learned from projects that went wrong (or right)?

    Also curious:

How early should data cleansing and process redesign start?

Do you recommend phased rollout or big bang in most cases?

Would love to hear real-world experiences from consultants, architects, and end users.
