We have difficulty with our “refresh” process in D365FO

We have a daily job that makes a copy of production and copies into a “sandbox” environment, where people can troubleshoot issues, using recent data in the system 

In addition, frequently we make copy of production into another environment into DEV boxes, UAT boxes, training etc.

We discovered 2 things get consistently corrupted when doing that, and need to be re-configured in the copy environment.

1. Advance bank reconciliation transformation files (these are the out of the box files uploaded that convert the bank’s own statement format in BAI2 into internal AX format)

2. Excel templates that we customized and uploaded to be used by our users to upload data  through the Excel integration.

I am told this is because the above items are stored in an Azure blob storage, and hence cannot be copied from one environment to another.

anyone else seeing this issue? any solution?

It is tedious and tiresome to have to re-set these every time we refresh.

any suggestion what can be done?
