??We are running AX 2012 R2.

We have come into an issue with our capacity planning and RAF.Ā  Right now, when we report as finished a partial quantity, it is taking the entireĀ route timeĀ out of our capacity.Ā

For example, the production order is for a qty of 10. Here is our capacityĀ load:

Ā  We only getĀ 8 made today so we RAFĀ 8 of them.Ā  You would expect to seeĀ 2 more in tomorrow’s production schedule capacity since we are going to make 2 more tomorrow, but insteadĀ the capacity it gone and the production order doesn’t show up anymore.Ā

Our RAF parameters are as follows:
Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

Uncheck your End Mark Route and End job flags on the RAF parameters for partial RAF’s.Ā  When you’re actually done with the production order, send them thru or have a batch job that does this.

      Hi,
This depends on the flushing principle. If you are posting the route card and picking list at the time of RAF then the system would back flush both quantity and time for quantity of RAF which is 8 in your case.
