Can anyone assist me with how to mass upload worker>employees to D365 F&O? Currently, I enter each worker manually which takes a lot of time.

Do you have access to the data management workspace? If so, can you add the following to the end of your environment URL:

&mi=DM_DataManagementWorkspaceMenuItem

Do you see the ‘Worker’ entity with a target entity of HcmWorkerEntity?

Ian is correct, Data Management is the best way to go.

In order to create a template I would recommend exporting the Workers Entity as you already have manually workers, this would create your template with sample data, you can follow it an example to fill in the rest of the records!
