AX Freezes When Generating an Invoice From a PO

  Hello,
  
  We run AX 2012 R3 CU10 (all user instances run through Citrix) and encountered a situation where approximately 1 out of 100 POs will not generate an invoice. There is no error message for the user when generating the PO invoice off of the receipt journal, AX simply freezes and requires a force close. When the invoice is generated again it comes back with blank rows. The user creating the receipt journal has different security privileges as compared to the AP role that will create the invoice off of the receipt journal. The workaround is to cancel the receipt journal and create another one, which will then generate an invoice.
  
  As anyone else encountered this and if so were you able to identify the root cause?
