Hello everyone…I HOPE everyone is safe and healthy!

We are on AX 2012 RTM.  We have created a new contractor.  When we attempt to assign them as the Preferred Technician on any Service Order we receive the below error.  Can anyone help us understand what we are missing in our setup of this Contractor to resolve this issue?  Thank you in advance,

Check on LCS for KB 2889763.

Hotfix description:

When selecting a contractor as the worker for service order line the message “###### is not a registration worker or is not active” is displayed

I believe this will resolve your issue.
