      Hello AXperts…

We are running AX 2012 RTM.Ā  We are integrated, via mapping, with UPS and FedEX software.Ā  The UPS and FedEX software is installed on each system used to pick/pack.Ā  We have a need to email tracking information to multiple customer email addresses for individual shipments.Ā Ā

Since UPS and FedEX have different requirements, we are wondering what is the best way to manage this.Ā

      Does anyone do this currently?
If so, did you have to customize anything or are you using standard AX?
Are you email addresses stored on the customer master or sales order?

      Thank you in advance.

We are running R2 and we only send an e-mail notification to one e-mail address on the sales order (I don’t know how you would handlt multiple e-mail addresses…).Ā  I built an integration with SendGrid, and it has been working really well.Ā  If you want an over-view of how the integration works, let me know.,
