HI All

After personalizing Purchase Order bar, now when ever I click PO under all PO whether from PS or AP, it crashes AX 2012,

please advise how can I  resolve this issue

?As others have said clear your usage data.  You can clear all your usage data

1. File
2. Tools
3. Options 
4. Usage Data 
5. Reset 

Or you can selecting clear usage data which is what we start with first

1. File
2. Tools 
3. Options 
4. Usage Data 
5. All Usage Tab 
6. Filter for Element Name *PurchTable* (or the area you personalized)
7. Select the Usersetup records by checking box on Left side
8. File –> Delete Record

As a cautionary I always have the user close AX and re-open before doing anything again to make sure it all clears.  The second one usually helps our users and we only go to the first option if we can’t figure out where the personalization is.

?Although personalization is available  I have found that it should only be in grids, we have users that personalize heavily and when they get it to the point it crashes, the only resolution is clearing their usage data. also personalizing the action panes is not a terrific idea.

1. Try and delete the AUC files from your machine.
2. Try and delete the usage data for the form you created.
