I have a user that no matter what form he opens in AX 2012 R3 CU9, when he changes companies or closes AX and reopens the client, AX will take him back to the Accounts Payable module.

We have tried closing AX in a different module and reopening, it takes him back to AP.  We cleared usage data and that did not help.  He is the only one, that I know of, who is having this issue.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Shelia,
I have seen similar behavior when security is restricted in the company being switched to. If the user only has access to AP in the company they are switching to then it can move them to that area. Can you reproduce this for the user in a dev or test environment? If so, and security is not the issue, best bet would be to have a developer trace through it and see what is happening. I would also look at the event logs on the client and AOS machines. If it is a bug, you might be able to find an error message.
