      Hi all,

I’m curious to see if we can do this in D365FO.  When I worked with Dynamics GP (Great Plains) years ago, there was a feature where you could set up a GL account, and any transactions that hit the account would automatically allocate to various other accounts, depending on how it was set up.  I forget the term for the account, it’s been 14 years since I’ve used GP.

Does anyone know if a similar functionality exists in D365FO?  I’m familiar with Allocations in D365FO, the GP functionality seemed to be more automatic in that any amount that hit the original account would immediately be allocated to the other accounts it was linked to.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks.

      Patrick
