Hello,

I am looking for advice on an approval workflow solution that involves at least 2 layers of approval by our external customers.
The order will start and end up in D365. An open order is published via web portal (or e-Commerce) which is then access by our customer. The order is then pushed through an approval process. Once finalized and approved, it is converted as a booked order.

Any feedback and assistance would be much appreciated!
