Hi All Retail users out there,

We have a loyalty program where clients accrue points when they make purchase, which they can later redeem for free products.

We need to record in our balance sheet a liability as consumers accrue points.

Has any of you had the same scenario? How did you address it?

Our partner tells us there is no out of the box way to do that, and we need to customize if we want to automate that, but I am searching to see if there are better alternatives out there.
